The City of Beverly is seeking proposals from a technical consultant or team to work collaboratively with the City’s Planning and Community Development Department and the City’s Economic and Community Development Council (ECDC) to create an Economic Development Action Plan. The Economic Development Action Plan will build on recent planning work to identify implementation strategies, related actions, and community partnerships to meet the City’s broad economic development goals outlined in the City’s Master Plan and fulfills a commitment by the Mayor of Beverly at his last inauguration. This project is funded by an $85,000 Housing Choice Grant.
