The Town of New Canaan is seeking the services of a qualified professional planning consulting firm and/or architectural design firm to assist with the comprehensive review and update of the Town’s Village District Design Guidelines in accordance with Section 8-2j of the Connecticut General Statutes.

Proposals for the request should be submitted by no later than Monday November 2nd at 3pm, and should be sent to Sarah Carey, Town Planner, at sarah.carey@newcanaanct.gov. Only electronic submittals in PDF format shall be accepted. Proposals submitted after the time specified above will not be accepted or reviewed by the Town.
