APA-MA presents: The area known as the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) is a Harvard University-owned parcel in Allston Landing North. This property is becoming a non-institutional center for innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship within the City of Boston and the region. The University is transforming a previously industrial rail yard into a green, pedestrian-friendly area in Allston for business and research. Goals for the ERC include creating space for a range of research-oriented companies, social ventures, businesses, and startups, alongside a mix of additional uses such as housing, hotel, and retail space that will contribute to, and complement, the activities and spirit of community across the neighborhood.
