City of Keene, NH Seeks Assistance Developing an On-Street Parking Program – Due Sep. 8
The City of Keene, NH seeks to hire a qualified firm to assist the city in developing a residential on-street parking program that maximizes the use of the existing road network, accommodates neighborhood parking, and can be managed for the highly seasonal nature of road maintenance in the city. This plan will become part of an existing parking program that includes downtown metered parking (on-street and surface lots) as well as limited residential permit parking in downtown surface lots. The goal of this project is to increase the supply of housing in the city by removing barriers to incremental infill development in downtown-adjacent neighborhoods. The total project budget is $45,000.
