Working under the direct supervision of the Director of Planning & Development the Economic Development Planner serves as the City’s business liaison, provides technical support for economic development initiatives, manages grants and City programs, and provides planning staff support for local boards which may include the Economic and Community Development Council and Harbor Management Authority. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping Beverly’s diverse business community open, expand, and thrive.
