The Associate Housing Planner will be a key member of the Housing Division’s affordable housing development team and will work to manage active housing development efforts, identify, and assess the feasibility of new affordable housing opportunities, and assist with other City housing programs as needed. Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in affordable housing development, or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience. A Master’s degree in real estate finance, urban planning, housing policy, or a related field may be substituted for 2 years of experience. Experience with affordable housing development, including familiarity with all phases of the development process from project inception to completion. $63,591 to $89,790 + excellent benefits.
