The Town Manager’s Office with the Town Council and Planning Board is launching several initiatives to incorporate best contemporary planning practices in North Attleboro. The Town is also pursuing new design guidelines for its commercial zones and a land-use inventory for strategic planning services. Requests for Proposals for these projects will be released on October 25, 2021. Interested parties can submit a single bid for more than one proposal if capable and will result in savings. These projects coincide with the goals and strategies in the Town’s new 2022 Master Plan.
The Town reserves the right to cancel any request for proposals, and to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, when it is deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
