The dynamic and growing City of Rochester, NH seeks a Planner I to perform technical and administrative work in providing information related to the provision of short-range and long range planning and to the implementation of regulations and zoning requirement for the
community. Community focus will be on the growth of Arts and Historic Preservation in a formerly industrial City on the verge of a resurgence.
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional/internship experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment a must. Love of quintessential New England post-industrial communities a plus. A rating of your application will be based on your education, assessment, training and experience as it relates to the requirements for this position.
Annual pay range for this position is $47.652 to $64,230 DOQ/E with competitive benefits. Preemployment testing will include educational and criminal background, driving record, medical and drug screen.
