We’ll teach you a technique to de stress and to get your muscles, lungs, and heart destressed as well. You’ll be introduced to a 4-min workout, inspired by Dr. Zach Bush, that you can do anywhere–at your desk–work office our home office–or in the airport, at a park, in the living room, or just about anywhere!!! You won’t need to change out of your professional clothes either. In addition to the work out, bring your creative juices, as the attendee who has the most creative backdrop (real backdrops, not images) to their zoom call, will win a prize. So dial in from your favorite local park, a room in your house you’ve decorated, in front of some blooming plants, or something no one else would have imagined! Entries will be judged by an independent panel.
