Professional community planning and development technical and administrative work in assisting several town boards in reviewing and evaluating specific projects, as well as developing planning approaches and community development projects to stimulate and assist the growth and development in the Town; all other work as required.
Performs complex administrative, community development and planning activities, using comprehensive knowledge of specialized planning and development procedures and requiring independent judgment in analyzing facts or circumstances regarding specific planning or development issues. Education, Training and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Community Planning or related field, and five years of experience as a Town Planner or related municipal experience or Master’s degree and two years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
