Request for Proposals – Master Plan – Town of Medway

The Town of Medway seeks proposals from qualified firms to develop a MASTER PLAN consistent with the requirements of G.L. c. 41, §81D.

Proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4, 2021 at the Office of the Town Manager, Town of Medway, Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street, Medway, MA 02053.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality contained therein, as well as any part of any or all proposals, to negotiate any and all terms and to award the contract as determined to be in the best interests of the Town.

NO INCOMPLETE, FAXED, ELECTRONICALLY MAILED, OR LATE PROPOSALS WILL BE CONSIDERED.  Proposals may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of proposals. Price proposals and non-price proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes.
