Land Use Director – Town of Dover

The Land Use Director serves as the chief staff officer for all planning and community development activities of the town. This position is part of the town’s leadership team and reports to the Planning Board Chair for all matters under the statutory authority of the Planning Board and the Town Administrator for all other responsibilities described below. The Land Use Director will be the principal staff support to the Planning Board, but will also provide services to other town departments and commissions as appropriate. The position will lead, manage, and oversee the town’s land-use efforts related to municipal planning, permitting, open space, economic development, and housing. Salary range: $75,000-$85,000.
