An Assistant Town Planner is sought to join the Planning Department. This department is comprised of the following staff members: A full time Town Planner and an Administrative Assistant shared between the Building Inspector and Planning Departments.
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Town Manager and Town Planner, the Assistant Planner will work to carry out the regulatory planning and development functions of the department. The position will work closely with the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals assisting staff, reviewing applications and coordinating preparation of meeting agendas and information as well as other projects and tasks as identified by the Director.
