MAPD Annual Conference

The 2013 Massachusetts Association of Planning Directors (MAPD) Annual Conference was held on June 6-7, 2013 in Lowell, Massachusetts.

The Conference was hosted by the UMass Lowell Inn and Conference Center, and enjoyed support from the City of Lowell, especially The Honorable Mayor Patrick O. Murphy, Assistant City Manager Adam Baacke and his team at the Department of Planning and Development.
