Senior Planner – Land Use: The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, a proactive regional planning agency serving 43 cities and towns in Hampden and Hampshire counties of western Massachusetts, seeks a highly qualified motivated Senior Planner to focus on land use planning, zoning assistance to member municipalities, and planning board assistance.

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years municipal planning and zoning knowledge plus experience in Massachusetts, enjoy working with municipal officials and volunteers using regulations to advance community goals, understand and value authentic community engagement, and be an exceptional written & verbal communicator.

Starting salary $54,500 to $64,500/yr w/benefits, depending on qualifications and experience.
