Exciting opportunity to work in the field of real estate planning and development for an entrepreneurial company based in suburban Boston that concentrates in Multi-family, Senior and Affordable housing development. Must have a college degree, preferably in the area of urban planning, be a strong communicator both written and verbal, highly organized, a self starter and posses a high level of interest in planning and real estate development. The position involves contacting municipalities and facilities for supply analysis as well as performing demographic research.  Some work may include zoning analysis and/or permitting and funding applications.  Must have access to a car to travel to sites in greater New England as well as be able to work on site several days.   This is a part time, entry level hourly position ($20-$25 an hour) and a weekly commitment of 15-25 hours a week is preferred.
