Director of Community Development – Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority

Regional housing & redevelopment authority in western Massachusetts seeks Director of Community Development to manage community & economic development services provided to the 26 communities of Franklin County. Principal responsibilities include maintaining relationships with municipal officials, development of grant proposals and oversight of all aspects of grant administration and management. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience and proven record of success in applying for and managing CDBG programs. Excellent communication and quantitative skills required. Experience with CPA, HOME, MassWorks, USDA-RD and other sources of funding for community development and affordable housing development is highly desirable.

Compensation: $56,000 – $62,500 depending on experience and salary history; excellent public employee benefit package.
