The Town of Milton invites the submission of Sealed Proposals from professionals to provide services to conduct a visioning process as the first phase of an update to our comprehensive master plan. The visioning process will be conducted through town-wide meetings of community residents. The professional consultant/facilitator will be required to meet a minimum standard of ten (10) years’ experience in other municipalities providing planning and/or community visioning in relation to comprehensive planning.
