The Town of Foxborough (Town) is soliciting proposals from qualified planning and/or economic development/analysis firms (“Consultant”) to prepare an “Economic Development Chapter” for the Town Comprehensive Plan and a “Downtown Strategic Plan.” The Town last adopted a Master Plan in 1971; the Planning Board, with the support and assistance of other Town departments, is charged with updating it. The Planning Board has adopted a phased work plan for development, adoption, and implementation of a Town Comprehensive Plan. This Project is in the first phase of work.

Proposals are due by 3:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 11, 2012
