Housing Nantucket (NHA Properties Inc.) seeks a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Executive Director.  Housing Nantucket is a not-for-profit corporation that provides workforce housing ownership and rental opportunities to the residents of Nantucket, Massachusetts.  As the lead staff person of the organization, he/she is responsible for administration of existing programs and projects, including property development, affordability restrictions, and management of rental properties.  The Executive Director also develops new housing programs and opportunities.  He/She is responsible for administration of the organization, including staffing, budget, fundraising and grants, and day-to-day operations.  Candidates should have a bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) with five years of experience in finance/management, non-profit administration, community planning, architecture, construction or related experience; knowledge of or willingness to become familiar with land development, design, construction, contracting, housing financing, state and local regulations; knowledge and experience in community outreach and education.
