Land Use Planner – FRCOG
Full time Land Use Planner position, 37.5 hours per week in the Franklin Regional Council of Governments Planning Department. The position would be responsible for working on regional and local projects related to the Green Communities Act, Homeland Security, Economic Development, Open Space and Recreation Plans, Scenic Byways, Natural Hazard Mitigation Plans, and other land use projects. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in planning or a related field and three years of experience in land use planning. A Master’s Degree and two years of experience is preferred. Hiring Range: $42,000 – $45,000 per year depending on experience. This is expected to be a 15 month position which may be extended if additional grant funding is secured.
