Department of Planning & Community Development within the City of Salem, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Conservation Agent/Staff Planner to provide technical support to the Conservation Commission and to work on other planning and community development projects in an innovative, team environment.  Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills; working knowledge of the state wetlands protection act and related regulations; a background in environmental science or related field; and a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with two years of experience.  An outstanding opportunity to develop your expertise in a dynamic community.   Salary: $43,000.
