Research Internship – Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission
The Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (SNHPC) is offering a research internship for an undergraduate or graduate student. The intern will work with the SNHPC staff on numerous planning related projects.
Applicant must be a continuing graduate or undergraduate student available to work at least 25 to 37 hours per week for 6 months. He/she shall have a good understanding and keen interest in planning and community development. Programs used are Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ArcView 9.0. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills and high initiative also required. The applicant must provide their own transportation to and from the Planning Commission’s office in Manchester, New Hampshire. Salary is negotiable depending upon qualifications. Applicant to start by September 1, 2010 and position will remain open until filled.
